Step 3 - Create: Let’s build a plan of what needs to be done and get to work on how we’ll do it.
Step 4 - Carry Out: Let’s execute the plans and implement the solution. This might be coaching or training leaders, working with teams, conducting employee training or retreats, or even helping you implement a new process.
Step 5 - Close: Let’s complete the work, evaluate our progress, and determine if there is more to be done.
